We are actively recruiting an ambitious, driven, and caring Junior Office Administrator Assistant for our office to manage, develop and help grow the business.

At **Living at Home**, we pride ourselves on **quality**and tailor every home care package to meet the Client’s needs with a preferred minimum duration of one hour per home visit.

You will be a **fundamental pillar** in the overall connection with our wider Swansea community.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic **Community Engagement Officer** to assist the organisation in achieving its **aims and objectives** regarding communities.

The post-holder will support **Living at Home** in helping residents as well as engaging with community groups and organisations across Swansea.

They will also engage with specific local area campaigns on local issues.

- Living at Home are looking to find an enthusiastic junior office administrator with a first-class set of entry level skills who can support the senior team to procure new avenues of recruitment and business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To represent the Living at Home team and promote services and job opportunities to prospective clients and employees (training will be given)
- Maintain and utilise the CRM system (training will be given)
- Motivated, can-do approach and eager to help our social media following grow (training will be given)
- A keen understanding and usage of social media, able to write and generate eye-catching content in line with the company’s philosophy (training will be given)
- Prepare job advertisements using copy prepared templates and place into marketing platform (training will be given.)
- Data entry and filing duties (training will be given)
- Liaising with the Registered Manager with regards to Care Professionals recruitment requirements (training will be given)
- To arrange, book, and record any additional training which has been identified through observation or supervision as being required (training will be given)
- Placing job advertisements, online and on all other suitable platforms including out in the local community (training will be given)
- Creating social media content for recruitment with incredible ideas (training will be given)
- Liaising with the Business Owner and Director with regards to the local marketing/promotional opportunity requirements of the organisation (training will be given)
- Ad-hoc miscellaneous administrative tasks (training will be given.)

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Excellent IT skills including using Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team
- Holding a valid driving licence and having access to a vehicle
- Welsh speaker desirable
