Support Worker

We are looking for individuals who wish to make a positive difference in peoples lives. There are three sectors to the organisation:

- Traditional Care at Home visiting clients in their own homes to support them to remain at home for as long as is practicable. Based within Falmouth area.
- Outreach Support where you will work with children and adults to support them to get out and about in their local community providing them with care and support over longer hours.
- Supportive Lifestyles where we support people who generally have Autism (with or without a learning disability) and or Mental Health concerns. These individuals are supported 24 hours a day to live in their own homes. All individuals we support are living in a single person service and their care package built around their needs.

All uniform (if applicable) is provided and there are company vehicles available for use in work time.

We offer extensive training and development including diplomas following a two week company induction (paid). We offer an internal career path and will soon be opening residential children's services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 48 per week
