We're helping our client as they increase their Events team and focus on the specifics of this Event Technology Specialist position. The day to day of the Event Technology Specialist role encompasses tasks such as:

- Working closely with clients as you help them to brand and build their event registration websites
- Effectively utilising other aspects of Event Technology such as apps
- Collaborating with the other departments in the business to work to tight deadlines, share communication plans and timescales for projects.
- Creating and running customised reports, troubleshooting and being an incredible support to your clients and colleagues surrounding all things Event Technology related

(but of course a full job is available on request so you can fully see the scope of this role)

We'll need you to have demonstrable experience in Cvent or other recognised delegate registration software and you'll absolutely love what you do. Creativity and accuracy will be your strong points and you'll be able to work your way around systems easily.

We'd also love you to have some Delegate Management experience (both in the office and onsite at events)

Your client relationship skills will be second to none and you'll enjoy sharing your knowledge within the wider business, supporting the department as it grows.
