Job Introduction lSupport Worker - Wansbeck Supported Living Service, Bedlington.

Wansbeck Supported Living Service, supports individuals with learning disabilities and personality disorders who may display behaviours of concern, to help them live in their own homes, living a life that they choose.

We are a CQC registered service who strive to achieve an overall outstanding.

We provide a 24/7 service to support individuals in a person-centred way with all aspects of their lives, from personal care, dietary needs, domestic tasks, fun and exciting activities, community access and staying connected with family and friends, promoting a high quality of life for all.

This is a part time 18 hour permanent position.

You will work off a monthly rolling rota which will include a mix of early shifts, late shifts and nightshifts.

NCC Band 4 salary - £24,294 - £25,979 FTE (pro rata for part time employees) - £12.59 per hour. Pay Enhancements are given for Night shifts/weekend work

**Requirements**:

- NVQ/QCF level 2 in health and social care or equivalent is preferable
- A willingness to undertake further training to meet the needs of the service
