Administrator/receptionist/junior Buyer

Cover Crew Ltd are currently recruiting for an Administrator/Receptionist/Junior Buyer for our Aberdeen based client.
Duties include:
Deal with all internal and external telephone communications in a prompt and efficient manner.
Receive site visitors. Both customers and suppliers.
Receipt and despatch of mail and deliveries.
General daily admin requirements.
Arrange travel and accommodation for staff at all levels when required.
Support Office Supervisor with office facilities management.
Support Project Team with document processing.
Support Office Supervisor with general materials procurement.
Skills:
Good communication skills.
Computer literate.
SAP experience preferred but not essential.
