- **Shifts are 11pm - 7.30am - 5 days per week.**_

**What will I be doing?**
- To deliver exceptional customer experiences whilst driving optimal up - sell and on‐ sell performance
- Ensure all guests are checked in and out correctly on our systems, focusing on guest satisfaction.
- Security walk of the building at regular intervals.
- Build relationships and rapport with all guests.
- Review and maintain required records on regular guests, guest problems and their resolution.
- Be proactive in ensuring all guests are welcomed and departed in a timely and appropriate manner. Make it memorable
- Act as a Food and Beverage Assistant or Reservation Agent when needed
- Be aware of all products that are on sale in all departments (Current menus, Wine list and drink selection, Hotel and company promotions) and take reservations accordingly.
- Demonstrate an awareness of customer priorities, anticipate needs and build rapport. Optimise customer spend through promotional awareness and suggestive selling techniques - prioritise activity /interactions as appropriate.

- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, you may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the department.
- Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
- Previous Experience with front office PMS systems & EPOS systems would be advantageous.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
