About the Position:

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Instructional Content Creator to join their team. As an Instructional Content Creator, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality instructional content that meets the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and interactive instructional content, including videos, podcasts, and online courses.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and webinars that cater to the diverse needs of our clients.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to develop and implement training initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per annum
