OA Central London are working with a well established Accountancy firm in their search for a receptionist/Administrator

**ROLE**:Receptionist / Administrator
**WHERE**: North London
**WHEN**:Monday - Friday / 09:30 - 17:30
**SALARY**:£25,000 - £30,000 per annum
**BENEFITS**:20 days holiday / quarterly socials / pension scheme / private health-care / supportive team

**GREEK SPEAKING IS DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL**

**General Admin**:

- Managing incoming post, scanning, filing, photocopying, and shredding
- Manage outgoing post on behalf of company and other clients including special delivery and couriers
- Drafting client letters for the partner/ manager
- Managing stationery & supplies within the office
- Managing client working papers and document storage
- Other ad hoc duties

**Internal Bookkeeping Admin**:

- Raising sales invoices from billing decisions and on request on bookkeeping software
- Basic bookkeeping on bookkeeping software (specific training to be provided)
- Obtaining information and setting up new clients on our database accurately

**Receptionist**:

- Call forwarding and taking messages
- Greeting clients in a professional manner
- Responding to general queries
- Calls to clients and companies
- Providing PA support when required to partners
- Be highly responsible and reliable
- Be highly efficient and show own initiative to find quick resolutions to tasks provided
- Have some experience in reception /administration/PA
- Be polished and professional with excellent communication skills (both written & oral)
- Be able to use Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook to a reasonable standard
