Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an Admin Clerk/Receptionist in London. Looking for an experienced worker who is available to join the team on a permanent basis.

**Job description**:

- General front of house work
- Dealing with customer/client calls and liaising with engineers
- Producing weekly reports and handling invoices
- Carrying out job authorisations via PC
- 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
- £11.50 per hour, paid weekly

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years administrative experience
- Proficient in all MS Office packages
- Good level of Maths and English
- Experience using EWorks platform (or similar systems)
- Friendly, approachable and well presented
- Available to start immediately
