We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Admin Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Social Media Admin Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date data on our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. You will also be responsible for responding to messages and comments, monitoring social media activity, and reporting on social media analytics.

**Responsibilities**:
Enter data accurately and efficiently into social media platforms
Respond to messages and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
Monitor social media activity and report any issues or trends to the appropriate team members
Create and maintain social media calendars and schedules
Monitor and analyze social media analytics to track engagement and growth
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
Assist in the creation of social media content, including but not limited to captions, graphics, and videos
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive social media presence
Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

**Job Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
1-2 years of experience in social media or data entry
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social, preferred
Must have access to a reliable computer and internet connection

**Working Conditions**:
This is a remote position, so the Social Media Admin Data Entry Clerk will work from their own home or workspace. The position may require occasional evening or weekend work to monitor social media activity during off-hours.
