- **Engage with our Audience**: Promptly reply to comments across all social media platforms, fostering a positive community and enhancing our brand voice.
- **Content Scheduling**: Use social media management tools to schedule posts, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery.
- **Monthly Reporting**: Compile data into monthly reports using the provided template to track engagement, growth, and other key performance indicators.
- **Caption Creation**: Craft compelling captions that resonate with our audience and align with our brand voice.
- **Weekly Content Planning**: Develop and write detailed weekly content plans, aligning with our marketing strategy and campaign goals.
- **Research trends and Reference Sourcing**: Assist in researching and sourcing references for content creation, ensuring accuracy and relevance to each given brand.
- **Some Editing and Filming Support**: Not essential, but would be a great plus to possess a basic understanding of content editing and filming, assisting with content creation as needed.
- **Giveaway management**: Contact winners, and log winner data on a spreadsheet

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adopt the company’s brand voice.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools
- Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of photo and video editing software is a plus.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
