**Continuous Improvement Lead/Change Lead - Permanent - Hybrid/Edinburgh - Salary up to £65,000**

Are you passionate about change and skilled at process improvements? Then read on.

We are looking for somebody to set up and lead a Continuous Improvement team. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to improve and control key processes which influence customer experience, productivity and profit. You will develop close working relationships with the delivery teams across the business at all levels in addition to coaching and training others.

**Key Skills**:
- Hands-on delivery of key CI projects, including identification and realisation of improvements and benefits.-
- Use all available data to identify pain points and opportunities for optimisation.-
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement in customer experience-
- Responsible for the creation and delivery of a CI training plan, training material, and training facilitation for the organisationReport monthly on RCA themes and CI initiatives to Senior Management.-
- Act as a key CI Team interface into Change governance forums as required.-
- Effectively manage your team, ensuring that performance, personal and continuous professional development.In return for your excellent skills you’ll receive a salary in the region of £65,000 + benefits

Please note this is a hybrid role with 3 days in the Edinburgh office and 2 days working remotely.
