**Role: Customer Service Advisor - Fixed Term Contract (good possibility of extention or perm)**
**Location: Milton Keynes - hybrid working (mix of office and home)**
**Salary: £21,525 + bonus + great benefits**
**Contract: 6 Month FTC**

**Hours: 35 hours per week**
**Shifts: 9am-5pm Mon-Fri and 1 in 3 Sat 9am-5pm**

**An exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor for a client based in Milton Keynes.**
CCA Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor, to answer inbound calls; you will take ownership of the call, which may include some investigating. You will provide an efficient and appropriate responses, whilst also dealing with any enquiries in a helpful and professional manner.

- Call centre experience (Our client would love to hear from you if you have prior call centre experience)
- Excellent attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy
