Both units shape the operational strategic and digital transformation agenda, transforming commercial insurance and reimagining customer experience through innovative use of data, technology and operational models that empower and enable our people, creating innovative solutions for our customers and partners.

The Digital Adoption Centre of Excellence is a new team that has been created to enable all our CorSo colleagues to adopt, learn and navigate our core digital platforms and processes for maximum customer impact, collaboration, and efficiency.

**About the role**

As the Digital Adoption CoE becomes established, it is essential that information sources are made available to our user communities in a simple and transparent manner. In this role you will support the team in refining and implementing the strategy for training materials, including user guides and videos.

Main tasks:

- Determine how user communities access information and understand the different tools available
- Define the best structure for document storage and organisation, including how users can access it
- Complete a review of available documentation and existing locations
- Design documentation/support framework, and implement, relocating files as necessary

You will have local support and be working with a global team. This will leverage your communication skills and give the opportunity to learn about insurance, change management and arranging work to a project plan

**About you**
- We need a self-starter with a keen interest in new technology who is motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic.
- Digitally literate - proficiency working with MS Excel (ability to navigate Spreadsheets, pivot tables)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - comfortable collaborating with a global team and able to maintain working relationships inside/outside our company
- Comfortable with hybrid working (in London office and virtually).
