We are looking for **C*ompassionate, **A**pproachable, **R**espectful and **E*mpathetic people to provide care and support to our lovely residents at Sidney Gale House, a purpose-built residential home in Bridport.

You will join a longstanding team of committed and passionate colleagues working in a person-centred way to meet the needs of our residents.

**Skills**

Experience is desirable but a friendly, caring attitude with a willingness to learn is equally important in this fulfilling role which makes a difference to people’s lives.

**Responsibilities**

As a Care Assistant you will provide the highest quality of care to our residents enabling them to live later life well.

Duties will be varied and include supporting our residents with personal care needs and helping them to take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing. Every day will be diverse, and you’ll have the opportunity to use your people skills to make a real difference.

**Qualifications**

Level 2 in Health and Social Care or the equivalent would be highly desirable.

As you will be working with vulnerable adults and/or have access to significant information about them if you are successful, you will be required to undergo a DBS check.

This role is UK based and we will need to establish your Right to Work as part of the appointment process.
