**What you’ll do**

We're recruiting for a Finance Systems & Data Manager to join our Finance Digital Transformation team here at Vodafone UK. As a Finance Systems & Data Manager, you will work closely with our Finance teams, business segments and IT to execute business initiatives (price and product changes), collaborate and lead on designs, as well as manage and support their delivery.

Wider responsibilities will also include, but will not be limited to:

- Lead on the improvement of accounting models as a result of business programme change, ensuring that appropriate design, processes and controls are in place to cope with new products and propositions.
- Collaborate with the Business and IT, to own the mitigation of any delivery risks to Finance.
- Analyse system architecture and data, ensure governance is followed and review and validate system changes implemented, including documenting evidence for audit and SOX review.
- Manage and perform validations and testing of system changes and implementation.

**Who you are**
- Demonstrable experience in digital finance & billing systems as well as managing strategic Finance system change.
- Good Finance modelling skills with technical accounting understanding and background.
- Good understanding of data processing including SQL, data uploads, interfaces with other systems, data extraction and manipulation.
- Professional accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) as well as proven Project management experience.
- Strong experience of improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Prince2)
- Aptitude to manage project schedules and workload within a collaborative team framework.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with a clear track record of translating ideas and information to all levels of seniority.
