**About the Company**
With over 60 years experience and expertise in Thermal Processing Technology, this company is the market leader for the design, development and manufacture of "Two Piece Can Making Equipment" with over 550 installations worldwide.
**About the Role**
This company is seeking to recruit an Accounts administrator. Reporting directly to the Management Accountant, the main responsibilities will be providing administrative support to the Accounts Department.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Getting approval for AP invoices and processing onto SAP
- Resolving queries with AP invoices
- Gathering credit card receipts and approval forms and processing on to SAP
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Raising order confirmations and invoices for parts orders
- GM project analysis
- Adding new customers and suppliers to the system
- Assisting with credit control
- Scanning, filing and archiving
- Reception duties including distributing post and answering incoming calls
- Covering for the Accounts Assistant when needed
- Completing Ad hoc finance tasks
**Skills and Experience**
- Knowledge of data and ERP systems (INVU, SAP would be an advantage)
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work both as part of a team and on their own initiative
**Additional Information**
This role is 39 hours a week, and is office based. There is no option for hybrid working for this role.
