**Youth Support Worker**
We are currently looking for a passionate Youth Support Worker to take a step into the education sector and join an excellent team. If you are a Youth Support Worker or have experience working with children, then this is the perfect role for you

**About the role**:

- Youth Support Worker to support students 2 - 19 years old.
- Create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning experience.
- Develop positive interactions to build confidence and self-esteem.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the progress of students is prioritized.

- A welcoming, friendly and innovative learning community college, located in London
- Committed to supporting young people with complex needs and ASD.
- Offers excellent personalized teaching and learning for its students.
- A dedicated and friendly team of staff.

**Requirements**:

- Available to work 08:30 - 16:00, Monday to Friday.
- Recent experience supporting children or adults with additional needs.
- Able to carry out personal care as part of the role.
- Available immediately to work as a Youth Support Worker.
