**Working hours**: 8:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday with two 30 min breaks. 40hrs a week.

Due to continued growth and investment, we are looking to appoint a site based HSE Assistant/ Facilities Administrator to strengthen the operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a new career endeavour and has transferrable skills. Previous experience is not necessary but will be advantageous.

Immediate start available.

**Core responsibilities;**

IMS Management
- Managing the IMS system and document control.
- Updating key documents as required.
- Carrying out various checks and audits on supply chain and sub-contractors.
- Participating in various meetings, organising them and keeping records from meetings.

Facilities Management
- Keeping diary for dates of servicing and inspections.
- Arranging dates for services and inspections.
- Organising the appointments and any specific requirements or documentation to be available for review by HSE Manager (access equipment, certificates, sub-contractor questionnaires and RAMS).

HSE support
- Completing COSHH Data Sheets.
- Updating policies and document register.
- Supporting the H&S Manager in administrative tasks.
- Recording accident data.
- Recording NCRs and formalising the root cause and close out.
- Assisting with accreditations and questionnaires.
- Be able to plan and prioritise workload.
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Be able to work to work to tight deadlines.
- Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Be able to work in a team.
- Be able to problem solve.
- Have high attention to detail.
- Be able to read and interpret information, present numerical data, and gather information.
- Have good communication and people skills.
