My client is one of the largest privately owned swim schools in the UK. They are looking for multiple Aquatic Sales Consultants to work at their busy Paddington HQ. This great role provides a generous £26,000 aswell as increased earning potential with a transparent commission structure.

JOB SUMMARY
- To exceed sales and retention revenue targets on a consistent monthly basis.
- To adopt a highly effective sales process that you will bring from your experience and
historic successful over-achievement of sales targets.
- To ensure every lead is maximized to its full potential to include cross-selling.
- To be the direct point of contact for all customers enquiring about the product
programs and lessons and recognize and close a sales opportunity when appropriate.
- To be highly driven to generate new bookings through proactive outbound calling via
databases, new leads, prospects and all other lead sources.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both prospective and current customers.
- Manage a prospect database of incoming leads from initial enquiry to sale, responsible
for conducting needs analysis, booking trials, following up within set SLA’s, pitching and
objection handling, payment processing and after-sale follow up.
- Be highly self-motivated, with lots of energy, driven and work as part of a team towards
common goals and drive student growth across all Swimming Nature venues.
BUSINESS CONTEXT
- To promote and book taster sessions and work very closely with marketing department
to create outreach campaigns to drive new leads.
set SLA’s and accurately recorded within Flow database system
- Support retention, sales & marketing campaign initiatives within the agreed follow up the timeframe.
- Meet Daily/weekly/Monthly KPIs set by company such as:
- Lead to Sale Conversions
- Outbound Calls
- Completed Calls
- Lead Generation / Taster Sessions
- Sales Bookings
- Student Occupancy
- Revenue Target
- Re enrolment & Retention Targets
- Identify opportunities for continual business improvement and present fresh ideas to
sales & marketing team to develop lead generation and marketing strategy.
- Work closely with operations/customer service teams to stay current with any changes
or opportunities within the business
- To support and take part in outreach events & site visits when required.
- Reach average attendance goal across all swim programs as agreed in annual Business
Plan
- Reach a profit margin across all swimming programs as agreed in annual Business Plan
- Process accurate payment transactions on customer accounts
- Accurate data entry of leads, bookings, attendance records are entered into online
systems in a timely manner.
