**Key Responsibilities**
You'll be responsible for providing thought leadership, developing relationships, and executing HR programs to support our ambitious business goals; as a highly people-centric organisation with a strong focus on developing and nurturing our leaders to enable them to lead change and continuous improvement whilst retaining our unique and amazing culture.
- Working collaboratively with the Head of People and the wider People Team to support embedding our overarching People Strategy and translate it into business initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders and leadership at all levels to understand their needs and create and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all levels of the organisation, anticipate and respond to their needs, and work closely with them to achieve their goals.
- Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees on People Policies and Prodcedures, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent Management etc.
- Develop and implement programs to drive employee engagement, culture, and diversity and inclusion initiatives across the business.
- Analyse People metrics and use data and insights to drive decision-making, identify trends, and act accordingly.
- Lead and execute People projects or initiatives, and support continuous improvement of People programs and processes.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and employment law changes to ensure People programs are up to date and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
**Key Skills & Experience**
- CIPD qualification, Level 5 +
- Demonstrated experience as a strategic people partner in a global scale-up business
- Experience contributing to the development and implementation of People Strategies that drive business results
- Demonstratable experience in effective change management
- Experience in rewards and recognition programme development and implementation
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of People policies, procedures and employment law
