**Your team**:
The People Partnering Team in Flutter work closely with the leadership teams to ensure the best colleague experience whilst delivery People Impacting Change. Joining on an initial 12month contact, you will partner with leadership teams and key stakeholders throughout the UK&I division in all its locations, and in doing so will ensure the effective planning and execution of people related change.

As a People Partner you'll be an integral part of the People Partnering community working closely with various senior leadership team members as a trusted partner.

Reporting into the Head of People Partnering for Technology & Product, your role as People Partner will span beyond Product and Technology in order to identify and support wider Cactus related and BAU people changes.

You will be no stranger to building strong relationships with all key stakeholders, helping and supporting them to navigate and deliver in a positive and effective way, whilst ensuring all our plans are joined up and cohesive.

**What you’ll do**:

- Ownership of co-ordinating, planning and the implementation of people impacting change, working with the leadership teams and stakeholders including the wider people community to deliver cost saving and associated benefits on time
- Being an ambassador for change you will develop strategies to effectively land change, engaging colleagues and ensuring appropriate consultation strategies are in place. You will work closely with the change team to ensure a co-ordinated approach at all times together with the right messaging.
- Offer advice, guidance and support on all people matters. Where appropriate, leveraging specialist support from the People Partners, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Talent and Development, People Experience, Reward and Group teams to ensure the effective delivery and execution of activity.
- Work with any external stakeholders to support the delivery of People Impacting plans e.g. legal, training providers, outplacement or transition support
- Lead on all required people processes to optimally deliver ensuring the right documentation and governance is in place.
- Provide insights and a people perspective on any risks related to the programme, including but not limited to the timing and scope of activity.
- Use data to provide appropriate insight to support decision making.
- Mentor and support members of the people partnering team.

**How you’ll do it**:

- Ability to work at pace and in an ever-changing and complex matrix environment. You will also need to be culturally aware.
- Strong programme management ethos and understanding, drawing on expertise where required.
- Change management, leadership development & consulting capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple locations and levels.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
- A passion for crafting credible and innovative people solutions that are tailored and localised.
- Agile mentality - able to innovate, test, learn and adapt.
- Ex collaboration and influencing skills.
