Job Title: Office Administrator
**Salary**: £20,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location: Harlow
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00 - 5:30pm

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Competent with Microsoft Packages.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Works well on own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Account Director in the maintenance and development of accounts.
- Manage projects through the production department once an order has been placed.
- Update spreadsheets relating to quotes for customers and tracking orders.
- Ensure colleagues are updated of any issue or delays related to the product process.
- Communicate with clients and keeping the informed of their orders.
- Raising POs to suppliers when placing orders.
- Checking delivery quality and quantity against PO's
- Distributing job sheets across departments
- Conduct Health & Safety checks across the building
- General administrative support on an ad-hoc basis
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- 20 days holiday + bank holiday (raising 1 year for year of service)
