Receptionist/administration Assistant

Excellent communication, organisational, customer service and time-management skills, with a great telephone manner for a busy Welfare Hire Company. You will need great multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to a high level of accuracy. You will also need an excellent telephone manner with good problem-solving skills. May suit School leaver.

**DUTIES**
- Greet visitors in an appropriate and professional manner
- Answering and directing all calls
- Providing admin support to all areas of the business
- Manage and distribute all internal and external mail including Royal Mail, DHL and other courier and delivery services both outbound and inbound
- Maintain the reception area
- General clerical duties; scanning, photocopying, filing
- Use of Microsoft Applications & Inhouse systems for a very busy Hire Desk.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent administration experience
- Excellent telephone manner with ideally previous reception experience
- Ability to prioritise work and perform under pressure in a busy environment
- High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Must be IT literate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable and the ability to work well under pressure.
