Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating service requests, managing schedules, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate service requests from clients and assign them to appropriate service providers
- Schedule and dispatch service drivers to customer locations
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide service updates
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Assist in resolving any customer inquiries or issues in a timely manner
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and answering phones

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Strong typing skills and familiarity with office software
- Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to computerize information efficiently
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills

Pay: Up to £24,000.00 per year
