The Role of an Office Administrator

This is an administrative role to assist with the smooth running our Bonnybridge depot. Responsibilities would include;
- Producing weekly & monthly KPI reports
- Assisting with general office administration
- Organising training files & associated paperwork
- Booking training courses
- Raising POs for various office related purchases
- Assisting with ERP systems including uploading price lists
- Answering external calls and transferring them to colleagues.

Essential:

- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous administrative role
- Able to multitask and work to tight deadlines
- Willing to learn new skills and develop

Desirable:

- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office including Sharepoint and Teams.
- Previous experience within the TM industry
