Technical Sales Support

We are currently working with a leading battery supplier in the UK who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their Technical Sales team on a full-time, permanent basis.

In this role, you would be reporting to the Technical Sales Manager and your responsibilities would include:

- Being the first point of contact for all customer queries via the inbound line
- Prepare and cost quotations to customers
- Process sales orders
- Update and maintain technical sales records and documents
- Provide technical support to customers when necessary
- Assist shop front with customers and orders
- Undertake post-purchase follow ups with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the service and products received

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Be competent with Microsoft systems, especially Outlook
- Be IT literate and pick up systems quickly
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a great telephone manner
- Hold excellent time management and organisation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Company pension
- Free parking

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fareham, PO15 5SJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
