Parkway is a leading British furniture manufacturer, with over 15 years specialising in luxury bespoke furniture for superyachts and luxury residential projects worldwide.
Our highly skilled craftspeople, artisans and technical designers have the pleasure of working with leading international interior designers on award winning and iconic projects, producing the highest calibre of unique furniture, from high-end cabinetry and specialist finishes, through to luxury upholstery and high-end interiors.
The Role
As part of our continued and exciting expansion, we are looking for an experienced Production and Sales Support Coordinator to join our fast-paced team in our new offices and production centre on an exciting mix of bespoke furniture projects.
You will be involved in a variety of duties related to the sales and production process, including order processing, monitoring the production processes, procurement, manufacturing administration, whilst liaising with the production office, sales and external suppliers.
Highly organised and detail orientated, the role requires you to have excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task whilst efficiently manage resources and have a clear understanding of materials and technical drawings.

Main Duties
- Support the Trade Sales department with daytoday sales enquiries, order processing, quotes and administrative tasks.
- General sales department administration duties
- Liaising with Sales and Production to ensure clear and completed sales handover details are submitted for manufacturing.
- Sales order procurement is completed and monitored through to deliverance to the Workshop in a timely manner.
- Arranging and tracking samples.
- Logistics/shipping of procured items and samples.
- Operating and updating the CRM systems.
- Liaise with key suppliers ensuring samples and supplier details are regularly updated.
- Being proactive in the planning of work to ensure all avoidable problems are avoided.
- Controlling the procurement of goods ensuring sales and the Workshop manager are kept updated of any changes.
- Working with Sales and Production teams for planning and scheduling.
- Workflow analysis and improvement.
- Handson approach to all aspects of the role.
- Implementation of good housekeeping.
Skills & Experience required.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage and provide support where required.
- Demonstrate a good knowledge and experience of bespoke luxury furniture production.
- Excellent communicator, with a high level of numeracy and literacy in English.
- Excellent time keeping and ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate a desire for selfimprovement and enthusiasm to learn new skills.
- Ability to multitask various projects and meet deadlines.
- Flexible and ability to adapt to changing work priorities.
- Displays competence in reading and understanding technical production drawings / sketches.
