As Derma Executive you will be joining at an exciting time where you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in our future growth, focussed on enhancing Eucerin’s Dermatological products across pharmacies in East London.

Responsible for detailing product information and scientific data to dermatologists and key influencers. The key objective will be to use the data to influence dermatologists in recommending patients to the Eucerin range via pharmacy, retail or online.

**Your Tasks**:

- Develop a strategy, assessing market and target site needs.
- Organising appointments and meetings with private based Dermatologists and key NHS Dermatology sites defined region.
- Maintain an up to date database of customers and conversation statuses via a CRM system
- Develop partnerships with key local dermatology groups
- Develop business plans with focus on growing territory and driving awareness
- Demonstrate or present products to healthcare professionals including Dermatologists, Dermatology Nurses and GPwSI’s with specific focus on ingredients, clinical data and benefits to both the patient and HCP
- Develops long term relationships with key healthcare professionals in order to drive awareness, build trust and professional endorsement and support KOL programme of Medical Management
- Gathers, clusters and forwards to Medical Management scientifically and/or medically relevant questions from CUs.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems

**Your Profile**:

- Experience of medical detailing (especially in Dermatology)
- Relationship building
- Selling & negotiation
- Results oriented
- Autonomous, structured & self-motivated
- Medical background (skincare knowledge desirable)
- Knowledge of Hospital landscape and Derm KOL’s
- Ability to travel with occasional overnight stays / exhibition support
