**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are recruiting community care workers for morning and afternoon rotas in Omagh. No experience or qualifications are necessary as NWCare will provide full bespoke training for the role in their in-house training academy.

We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows: - Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

You must hold a full driving licence and have use of a vehicle

No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided

**ESSENTIAL**:

- Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
- Great communication skills
- Able to promote and deliver person centered care
- Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
- Be well organised/professional/caring
- Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care
- Care about the community they live in

**DESIRABLE**:
QCF level 3 in H & SC
