**Call Centre - Debt Collection/ Credit Management**

Our client is working in partnership with government bodies and huge household names helping their customers manage their credit. This role requires:

**Training**
Our client provides a full training programme with a mix of classroom based, grad bay and 1-2-1 support from their experienced training team.
**Role**:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to discuss customer payments
- Build up rapport with customers quickly on the call
- Providing professional support to customers
- Working with the customer in order to find the best solution for them
- Taking payments from customers to clear their debt
- Discussing affordability checks and payment plans with customers
