**We have an opportunity for a Customer Care Administrator **to join Wates Residential in Cardiff.

**Wates Residential **is a developer contractor; we invest, develop, build and sell quality affordable housing, either contracting or in a form of partnership with Local Authorities, Registered Providers and public bodies, such as Homes England.

**Key Accountabilities will include**:

- Opening and reading mail and taking relevant actions where appropriate
- Composing and sending correspondence regarding defects and liaising with sub-contractors to schedule defect rectification
- Liaising with clients and customers to keep them updated on open defects as required
- Answering the telephone and dealing with routine enquiries
- Co-ordinating and managing the diary of the team if required
- Organising access into apartments and other bookings
- Creating and maintaining information on defect management databases
- Creating and maintaining efficient filing systems.
- The use of Clixifix and a range Microsoft office tools.

**To be successful in this role **you will be** **a good communicator with solid planning, organisational and IT skills.
