**Salary: Grade 4 from: £26,208 to £27,646 inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £28,952 per annum inclusive of London Weighting **through sustained exceptional contribution **plus 12.5% Shift Allowance.**

**Hours of Work: Morning shift 06:30 - 14:00; Evening shift 14:00 - 21:30 within a 365 day per year rolling shift pattern.**

**What We Are Looking For**:
**Interpersonal Skills**:Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.

**Independence**: Capability to work autonomously when needed.

**Team Experience**: Previous experience in a team-oriented environment.

**Customer Focus**:Understanding of customer service principles and standards.

**Technical Aptitude**: Basic maintenance skills or a willingness to learn, through specific training or dedicated courses.

**Adaptability**:You would be required to work on rotating shifts within a 365-day rolling pattern.

**Responsibilities**:
As an Infrastructure Operator (Shift), you will:
Assist the Maintenance Department in providing first response capability for campus facilities issues.

Monitor and maintain campus facilities under the supervision of the Infrastructure Delivery Manager.

Work rotating morning and evening shifts within a 365-day per year schedule.
