Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Architect

Cover-More Group is a global leader in travel insurance, and we're seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Architect to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure solutions using Agile practices
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver cloud-based infrastructure projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and shape Cover-More's cloud strategy
  • Estimate usage costs and identify operational cost control mechanisms
  • Migrate on-premises workloads to cloud service providers

Requirements:

  • Experience migrating complex applications to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Knowledge of monitoring systems, networking concepts, and cloud service provider features
  • Capability of deploying, managing, and optimizing scalable and fault-tolerant cloud systems
  • Understanding of security measures, application lifecycle management, and container use in development processes
