**What does it mean to be a Howarth Timber Customer Service Assistant?**

**Customer Service Assistant role responsibilities**
- Complete all daily K8 Administration (i.e. daily banking, order processing, refunds if needed (branch and dept), invoices).
- Competitor Research: Price comparison and UX on competitor websites in the industry.
- Replying and directing social media enquiries
- Liaising with users with website issues
- Live web chat liaison
- Making outbound calls to customers
- Organising deliveries where applicable
- Placing online orders and taking credit/debit card payments over the phone
- Logging and forwarding quotations from customers
- Processor and gatekeeper of company complaints
- Processing orders, invoices, credits, goods receiving, and refunds in K8.
- Completing all online training modules as required

**What are the requirements to become part of our team?**
- Great telephone and customer service skills
- General office administration skills
- Good PC skills including Microsoft Office.
- Full UK Driving Licence
