Working within the Employee Relations (ER) team you will play a key role in managing HR administrative processes across all ER functions, working in a timely manner to tight deadlines.

Our team currently work in an agile way and work flexibly between home and the office according to operational needs.

Having experience working within HR is essential, alongside having experience of using HR systems and processing meeting minutes in a timely manner. Having a strong sense of customer care and inclusivity is essential as well as a willingness to commit to the core values of the Trust.Experience of working within the NHS and having knowledge of Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions is desirable.

Yorkshire Ambulance Service (YAS) serves over 5 million people in the Yorkshire region covering an urban and rural area of almost 6,000 square miles and operates over vastly differing terrain ranging from isolated moors and dales to city centres, large urban areas and coastal stretches. YAS provides 24 hour urgent and emergency healthcare services through our IUC and Emergency Communication centres.
