Location: Banbury

Hours: 08:45-16:45 Monday-Friday

**Salary**: 23,000-24,000

The company:
Due to growth in business this leading designer and manufacturer of technical equipment is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Customer Support Administrator to join the Customer Support department on a permanent basis. The company is looking for a motivated Customer Support Administrator to work alongside the sales team, working with businesses from the têxtiles, food manufacturing and pharmaceutical industry. This role is perfect for an adaptable and organised individual with strong attention to detail looking to work for a reputable and supportive business.

The role:

- Input and update purchase orders, receipts and invoices, and deliveries onto SAP accordingly.
- Raise quotations for the purchasing processes including services.
- Liaise with Workshop and Engineer departments to organise diaries according to service needs.
- Support the sales and service representative team by booking service visits, completing all administrative tasks involved such as arranging accommodation, flights and venues.
- Manage the service team inbox.
- Put together training manuals for new technical products.
- Follow SLA when contacting customers and ensure the correct follow up information and SME certificates are in place.
- Ensure the correct processes for services, quotations, orders and returns are followed from start to finish.
- Liaise with distributors and OEM to build rapport.

Skills required for a Customer Support Administrator:

- IT efficiency including the use of Microsoft Office in particular Excel and Word.
- Previous experience using SAP or a similar system.
- Be pro-active and able to think on your feet when dealing with multiple tasks
- Have strong organisational skills and be able to manage your own workload effectively
- Have strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Have a friendly and professional manner
