Navis Consulting have an opportunity for an individual with a technical background in the marine sector. Based just outside Oxford, our client wants a unique individual with the drive to deliver a high quality service, support their team, develop professional working relationships with dealers and end users in support of products and assisting with technical product enquiries directly with customers ensuring a speedy solution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process after sales parts orders through to dispatch
- Liaise with other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Assist the manager in maintaining the accuracy of company's data base and produce statistical data
- Manage the product warranty registration cards
- Record information from Boat/TLS Build Files onto aftersales database
- Sign off monthly transport invoices in conjunction to spare parts consignments
- Process warranty re-claims through supplier portal
- Attend meetings with courier account manager for any improvements to be made
- Maintain inventory on SAP
- Pricing list updated and published
- Stock check and report any issues
- Support with new product launches, bill of materials, pricing, spare part catalogues, etc.

**Experience required**:

- Educated to GCSE standards
- Previous work in customer facing role
- 2 years experience in inventory, distribution and admin procedures
- Marine industry technical knowledge
- IT skills (Microsoft)
- MRP/SAP Experience (or similar)
- Experience with Web-Based Shipping Tools
- Attention to detail
- Work well in a team as well as alone
- Organisation and communication skills
- Prepared to go above and beyond during busy periods and able to multi-task
- Ability to learn and work well under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
