Role Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
**Platform Management**:

- Monitor and maintain product listings on various e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and OnBuy.
- Ensure accurate product information, images, and pricing across all platforms.
- Implement SEO strategies to optimise product visibility and ranking on each platform.

**Inventory Coordination**:

- Utilise the Linnworks warehouse management system to manage inventory levels and streamline order fulfilment processes.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate restocking activities, and manage backorders effectively.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory counts and timely order processing.

**Customer Communication**:

- Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs and provide guidance on DIY and home improvement projects.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or issues, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

**Order Processing**:

- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely shipment and delivery.
- Collaborate with the fulfilment team to address any order-related concerns or special requests.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Generate and analyse reports related to sales, inventory, and customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings and customer experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in e-commerce administration, preferably within the DIY or home improvement industry.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and OnBuy.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems, ideally Linnworks.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage inventory and orders accurately.
- Problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse reports and draw meaningful insights.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced online environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,960.67-£23,000.00 per year
