Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse looking for temporary work in a challenging yet rewarding environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the team at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust.

As a Band 5 RMN, you will be based at Lynfield Mount Hospital in Bradford, West Yorkshire. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
**Assessment and Care Planning**: Conducting thorough assessments of patients' mental health needs and developing individualized care plans to support their recovery and rehabilitation.

**Medication Management**: Administering medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals and monitoring its effectiveness and potential side effects.

**Therapeutic Interventions**: Facilitating group therapy sessions, one-on-one counseling, and other therapeutic interventions to help patients overcome their mental health challenges.

**Crisis Intervention**: Providing immediate support and interventions during times of crisis or acute exacerbation of symptoms, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients at all times.

**Collaboration and Communication**: Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic care and support for patients.

As a temporary Band 5 RMN, you will work a shift pattern from 07:30 to 20:00, providing continuity of care and support to patients throughout the day. Your professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills will be essential in building therapeutic relationships with patients and promoting positive outcomes.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive payment rate of £225 per shift, paid through an umbrella company. This temporary position offers you the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic healthcare setting.
