Overview:
We are currently seeking at least one skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our WDLH Support Services team based out of Golden Cap Holiday Park. As a member of this team, you may be asked to work on any WDLH park.

You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities, park infrastrucutre and equipment. This is a vital role in our organisation, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly as part of the support team for all parks. Ideally we are looking for key skills in gas / plumbing or electrics but general maintenance and handyman experience is also preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, repairing issues in accommodation, equipment, park buildings and systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with electrical / gas, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs using our online system.
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritise and complete maintenance tasks
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with our guests and also other team members.
- Proficiency in gas / plumbing and the ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
- Ability to perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and maintenance work
- Excellent English language skills for effective communication
- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years previous experience
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
