Garden Maintenance

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced or willing to learn Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our gardens and landscapes. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of various gardening techniques and the ability to use both power and hand tools effectively.

**Duties**:

- Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Operate power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Utilize hand tools including shovels, rakes, pruners, and shears
- Assist with the design and implementation of new garden layouts
- Ensure that garden areas are clean and free from debris
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools commonly used in gardening
- Knowledge of plant care techniques including watering, fertilizing, pruning.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time.
- Driving licence required.

Pay: From £10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
