Macdonald & Company are delighted to be working with one of the largest Global Real Estate Companies on the appointment of a Head of Property Management. You will lead on a public sector contract and oversee, manage and mentor the property management team to provide an effective estates service in accordance with the clients contracts. You will take a proactive view of the client's portfolio identifying opportunities where service can be improved or added value realised.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deputise for the Contract Director when required
- Be the senior point of contact for the clients regional leads
- Manage the Data and Forecasting team and set objectives and complete appraisals
- Contribute expertise, knowledge, and strategy to deliver the agreed scope to the contracted KPI's
- Ensure focus and necessary action on all critical dates and timelines
- Take responsibility for database and inputs from PM team
- Focus on Assurance to provide accurate data as the platform for accurate and robust forecasting
- Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and policies - e.g. Procurement, Finance, Compliance, HR
- Proactively manage and identify all call off opportunities
- Work across the wider business to maximise value opportunities and new business
- Provide best in class customer service to internal and external customer base
- Maintain regular and effective communication with clients and tenants
- Provide support and input as part of the contract Senior Leadership Team
- Support Contract Director in the overall delivery of the contract

**Qualifications**:

- MRICS Qualified
- Degree level education
- Clean Driving Licence
- Experience of working with clients at a high level
- Broad knowledge of commercial property gained either in private or public sector
- Experience managing property portfolios with effective delivery
- Experience of managing large teams
