**User Researcher**

**The Opportunity**

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a highly specialist civil service organisation. We are supporting them to recruit a User Researcher to be a part of their busy team. This role will be a Hybrid and a Permanent position.

**What the User Researcher will be doing**

As a User Researcher, you will deliver insight by conducting ethical and quality-based User Research to assist decision making - whether that be to support development of new products and services or to make smaller but impactful changes to their productsand services. You will do this by:

- Plan, design and manage User Research projects utilising a range of research methodologies and tools
- Compile and analyse complex data types to communicate insights in an evidenced and engaging way
- Collaborate with a wide range of complex and senior stakeholders to deliver user research as part of multi-disciplinary Agile work flow
- Facilitation and delivery of UX workshops as part of product and service development

**What the successful User Researcher will bring to the team**

This role is suitable for anyone with the following:

- The ability to work on your own and in a team
- Confident in speaking directly to staff members, Stakeholders, and members of the public
- Research skills - Knowledge of user centred design techniques.
- User-centred and agile experience
