**Role**

This is a pivotal role with in our community team reporting directly to the director community activities and working closely with the head of well being and head of youth and family’s services.

You will be tasked with insuring the effective monitoring of all of our community activities to help the SLT ensure our community offer is providing the best Community impact and value for money. through you will produce combinations of quantitative and qualitative reports which ensure the best decision are made and support us in securing funding to expanding our work and impact

**Responsibilities**

**Monitoring and Evaluation**
- Advise site and service leads on how to embed monitoring and evaluation into individual projects and ensure that tools and frameworks are used correctly.
- Contribute monitoring and evaluation plans to new project proposals, working with Senior Leadership Team.
- Ensure all activities within the community timetable are having attendance tracked.
- Ensure sign up and review forms are completed inline with activity monitoring plan.
- Prepare weekly community activity dashboard showing weekly attendance, a comparison to previous data with a breakdown per area
- Carry out qualitative monitoring of community activities such as interviews and case studies.
- Manage the booking process and sign up process for all community activities.
- Co-ordinate 1-2-1 support sessions

Prepare grant evaluation reports inline with funder requirements for all funded projects.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £10.70 per hour
