Luxury Travel Ski Sales Specialist needed for a fantastic company who specialise in providing a top class service to High Net Worth Individuals. This is the perfect career for someone who loves skiing, is great at building relationships and wants to developin a sales environment.

The Role:
Working within a vibrant and fast paced team, you will be responsible for developing client relationships and securing both new and repeat bookings within our luxury property portfolio. Working in direct support to your team manager, you will need to bea confident and pro-active individual who's willing to get stuck in and learn on the job, supported by those around you. You will be comfortable acting with discretion regarding our clients and be able to adapt to the style and nature of each individual clientyou support.

This is an exciting and rewarding role, which you can really make your own. This role requires you to be highly organised and fastidious in personal management to ensure detail is at the heart of everything you do. Being responsible for many clients at anygiven time, you must be able to juggle and manage many moving parts at any given time, especially during the busy periods of the ski season. This role also requires you to build valuable and trusted relationships with suppliers and operators.

Job Responsibilities:

- Working as your client's foremost ski travel specialist, you will look after them from the moment they make their initial enquiry, listening to their requirements, presenting suitable options, taking them through the sales process and ultimately securingthe booking, whilst maintaining the relationship for future bookings
- You will work to achieve personal and team targets related to gross profit, booking numbers, and conversion rates
- Building strong relationships with our chalet/hotel partners in resort to ensure we get the best options for the client.
- Responsible for obtaining correct invoices from the chalet/hotel partner, generating the relevant booking paperwork for your client and securing swift payment
- Liaising with the accounts team to make sure payment is received on time
- To be pro-active in contacting previous clients and encouraging repeat business for the following seasons
- You will be required to attend face to face meetings with suppliers & relevant related events (which may be outside of standard office hours)
- You will need to develop expert knowledge of our chalet/hotel portfolio so that you can sell the best options to our clients
- You will be expected to attend and be involved in the organisation of summer and winter FAM trips, to help you further understand the individual properties and resorts.
