The Role:
The Senior Content Executive will play a huge part in helping our business to accelerate our Digital Transformation and put our customers at the forefront of everything we do. As a Senior Content Executive, you will lead and manage our online Content and ensureour SEO strategy is delivered to best industry standards. The Senior Content Executive will come onboard and help manage two content writers who work across our City Plumbing websites.You’ll be supported by a collaborative Multi-Channel team who have a longtrack record of nurturing talent and promoting internally
Key Responsibilities
Leading the SEO strategy for a number of Group websites, working closely with a third-party agency and internal teams to define and deliver best-in-class content and technical strategies
Be responsible for tracking and reporting back to the business on SEO key metrics, using your digital experience to make informed recommendations for improvement
Supporting a team of two Digital Content Writers, helping them to create and deliver a strong onsite content strategy, with a strong focus on SEO performance, customer acquisition and customer engagement
Monitor performance of digital content, regularly putting forward recommendations to improve performance
Challenge, where appropriate, using data to ensure that the strategies being delivered are always as effective as they can be
This is a hybrid-based opportunity with true flexibility to work from home, but you should be within commutable distance of our newly refurbished offices in Crick, Northamptonshire
You:

Skills and competencies
Proven experience working with SEO strategies
Able to review and challenge instructions where ambiguity may exist
Impeccable use of the English language, with a keen eye to spot grammatical and spelling errors
A team player, who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services: Building Products, Content Marketing, Customer Journey, Digital Marketing Apprenticeship, Digital Marketing Assistant,Digital Marketing Executive, Graduate Marketing Apprentice, Marketing Assistant, Online Marketing, Paid Media, Plumbing & Heating, SEO / PPC, Social Media
