You will be responsible for the delivery of sales training and onboarding of new estate agency branches.
My client is An Industry Leading Provider within the Property sector and is seeking to engage new sales training executives to join their growing team.
- Are you someone who is passionate about property?
- Do you have experience in sales or a call centre environment, with the energy and drive to (over) deliver on targets?
- Do you possess excellent customer service and communication skills, including strong listening, verbal and written communication?
Main purpose of the role:

- Create effective induction programmes for acquisition of new estate agent branches.
- Support with the effectiveness of the sales organisation, ensuring proper planning and direction to ensure we meet the target in line with the company strategy for new business.
- You will be very data driven - evaluating sales performance and identifying opportunities across the new business sales performance.
- Reviewing activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and maximise the delivery of new estate agent branches.
- Trustworthy, ethical, and discreet. You will be responsible for providing a full range of support to the Sales and Marketing Director and senior team.
- Own and manage travel & diary planning, reporting and creation of presentations and packs for the Business Development Managers and Head of training.
- Complete a wide range of other tasks that supports the Sales team in its growth and in the delivery of a best-in-class service to its customers.
