**The Role**

As a Lead Specialist at Dentaprime, you will play a key role in setting up and maintaining digital marketing campaigns on various channels and ensure that those campaigns generate the required daily amount of leads.

**Skills, Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a results-driven marketing professional
- Understanding of digital direct marketing tactics and best practices (Facebook ads, Google ads and Google Analytics)

**Language Skills**:

- Excellent command/Highly proficient in spoken and written English (C1)

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Plan, brief, deliver and monitor strategic plans and budget to ensure successful delivery on marketing goals and KPIs
- Create successful digital marketing campaigns, analyze competition, assess ROI
- Ensure that our social profiles attract new followers and enjoy a growing engagement
- Being proactive in bringing ideas and efficient strategies
- Responsible for strategy for prospecting and retargeting campaigns across channels.
- Monitor, analyse and report on existing campaigns across channels, suggestion optimisations where needed.
