Pcn Clinical Lead

**Primary Care Network (PCN) Clinical Lead Location**: Walthamstow Central Salary: £4,800 (One session a month) Overview: As a PCN Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services within our Primary Care Network. You will provide clinical leadership, oversee clinical governance processes, drive service development initiatives, conduct audits to monitor performance, and provide direct feedback to the PCN Clinical Director. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for improving patient care and this will be 1 session a month. Key Responsibilities: 1.
**Clinical Governance**: Establish and maintain robust clinical governance processes within the PCN. Ensure compliance with relevant clinical standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Monitor clinical performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain high standards of care. Lead clinical risk management activities and promote a culture of patient safety.
**2. Auditing**: Plan and conduct regular clinical audits to assess the effectiveness and quality of healthcare services. Analyze audit findings to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate interventions. Monitor progress and outcomes of audit-related initiatives and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
**3. Direct Feedback to PCN Clinical Director**: Provide regular updates as per agreement and direct feedback to the PCN Clinical Director on clinical performance, issues, and opportunities for improvement. 4. Overseeing and Providing Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and guidance to primary care teams within the PCN.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement among clinical staff. Support the professional development of clinical staff through mentorship, training, and educational opportunities. 5. Service Development: Lead the development and implementation of new clinical services and initiatives to meet the evolving needs of the patient population.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify service gaps, prioritize areas for development, and allocate resources effectively. Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of new services, making adjustments as needed to optimize patient outcomes.
